Migrant Advocacy Service
Migrant Advocacy Service promotes and supports vulnerable migrants in the Royal Borough of Kingston. We provide support in all areas - education advice, registration for schools and GPs, help with housing and benefits, as appropriate. We also provide bespoke activities and advice to Hong Kong BNO Visa holder who gather each Wednesday morning at Kingston Library. There we encourage new arrivals to make friends, go on trips arranged by us, sign up for free ESOL classes and attend the scheduled talks on all aspects of life in the UK. Bilingual volunteers will help with any necessary translation. We also facilitate access to other services within RBK i.e. Employment, Wellbeing sessions, exercise classes.
