Victoria Harbor Group is a community developer working to develop new communities for Hong Kong immigrants. We aim to develop sustainable, outward looking and global new communities designed around innovation and enterprise, branded as 21st Century New City.

Watford HongKongers originated from a community group which was set up in May 2021 aiming to offer help and support to Hongkongers in Watford and surrounding areas. We are now formalising the organisation and we hope by setting up a formal organisation, to continue our support action serving Hongkongers arriving and settling in Watford and the neighbourhoods.
